The staff Fatiha went above and beyond the expectations regarding my sister’s birthday who choose the hotel for her birthday stay. From all the employees Fatiha was the best, very approachable, humble, provided assistance, if I return to this hotel it would be thanks to the amazing job that Fatiha did.

i love the cleanliness , so quiet.. and also all the staffs are so nice to us.. specially miss irene on the front desk she is so friendly and professional and always smiling… also the auntie on the 10th floor the house keeping she is so nice and friendly as well.! thank you so much see u again when i come back

The hotel is good, there could be improvements but our stay was very comfortable. Floors were accessible by elevators. There is a hawker 10mins away from the hotel and we love walking down there everyday. Towels and water are replaced everyday

Value for money, location was centralised in sg, smart tv can be connected through phone, bedroom space was big.

Nice hotel, clean and spacious for Singapore. MRT station down-hill. Very nice complementary upgrade room and a two-hour early check in granted. Thanks for that!
